We are strictly resellers, not original service providers or vendors. We do not own platforms like YouTube or Netflix; we only provide access and subscriptions at cheaper rates.

No warranty is provided for cheap or budget products. Buy them at your own risk. Premium product warranty details will be shown in the product description.

If a genuine issue occurs, a replacement may be provided depending on the situation and stock availability. Replacement is not guaranteed for every product.

Once a product is delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Please check every detail before payment.

For faulty account claims, you must provide one continuous screen recording from payment or delivery until the login attempt. Without video proof, claims are not accepted.

Most products are delivered instantly. If technical issues occur, delivery may take up to 24–48 hours.

If you change the password or email of a shared account, your access will be terminated immediately without refund or replacement.

Every deposit and purchase carries a 2% gateway fee plus 1% GST. Payments in Asifian Apex (AAX) receive a 1.5% discount. Non-INR fiat currencies carry an additional 30% conversion fee. Credit cards are not accepted. Razorpay payment links always describe the purpose as "cheapest-premiums.com".

Wallet balance is store credit held for you. It can be used for purchases, peer-to-peer transfers and withdrawals according to the published withdrawal rules. Every wallet movement is recorded in a ledger you can review in your transaction history, and approved refunds are credited back to your wallet automatically.

For physical products you must provide accurate delivery details: full name, phone number, complete address, city, state and PIN code. These details are shared only with our fulfilment team to ship your order. Report damaged, wrong or missing parcels to official support with an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

Anyone may create a resale link after accepting the resale terms. You must never purchase from your own resale link directly or through another account, never fake or coordinate purchases for profit, and never mislead customers about product details, delivery, warranty or official affiliation. We may hold suspicious profits for review, cancel abusive links, reverse profits, and disable resale access or suspend accounts for serious or repeated abuse.

Do not exploit the store: no fraudulent payments, no chargeback abuse, no fake orders or referrals, no automated scraping outside the Reseller API, and no attempts to manipulate prices, stock, fees or coupons. Violations may lead to order cancellation, wallet holds or account suspension without refund.
